The Head of Quality Control (QC) is responsible for establishing and maintaining world-class quality systems across incoming materials, in-process manufacturing, and finished products for lithium battery manufacturing. The role ensures compliance with customer requirements, international standards, statutory regulations, and Quality Management Systems (QMS), while driving continuous improvement, product reliability, and customer satisfaction. The QC Head will lead the quality team, manage laboratory operations, ensure process capability, support product certifications, and implement robust quality control practices to achieve zero-defect manufacturing.
