Battery Assembly Technician
Production / ManufacturingThe Battery Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling lithium battery modules and battery packs according to approved work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures. The role involves cell preparation, module assembly, welding, BMS installation, testing, packaging, and maintaining production targets while ensuring product quality and workplace safety.
Head of Quality Control (QC Head)
QualityThe Head of Quality Control (QC) is responsible for establishing and maintaining world-class quality systems across incoming materials, in-process manufacturing, and finished products for lithium battery manufacturing. The role ensures compliance with customer requirements, international standards, statutory regulations, and Quality Management Systems (QMS), while driving continuous improvement, product reliability, and customer satisfaction. The QC Head will lead the quality team, manage laboratory operations, ensure process capability, support product certifications, and implement robust quality control practices to achieve zero-defect manufacturing.
Maintenance Head
Operations / ManufacturingThe Maintenance Head is responsible for ensuring maximum uptime, reliability, and efficiency of all manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
